I guess tax evasion is how you continue to rebel against the system and fight the man when you're a multi-millionaire.
Don't quite get the jail time though -- just take his money. If he doesn't have that much, put a lien on all his assets and force him to tour again until he's repaid it all, under threat of jail time. It's pointless to send these guys to prison when they could be contributing to the system.
