go back in time to the 1980s and realize that wal-mart is going to eat them alive, then spend the early 90s and convert their century-old mail catalog into a viable early internet business instead of killing it off, then they continue to reinvest in the upkeep of their stores and quality products instead of switching to cheap chinese shit and doing no pm or upkeep at all

that should fix the problem
