Dawkins isn't KoS'd though. We know for a fact he still lurks, as he has responded directly to posts in his topics via his twitter account.
Iirc he made an account after he got banned and then it was just immediately banned.
Well that's just it, he never posts here, he lurks. If the account is off usermap, which can be done very easily, you can't KoS if there's no sighting of him.
But Franklin will clearly come back as someone who posts and either A. He'd be exposing himself as being Franklin or B. He would be impersonating Franklin.
Which either way he'd be fucked if they did institute KoS on him.
I mean SBAllen has confirmed he's made over 10k alts. If there's anyone to bring back KoS for it's Hothlin. Ban Hoth, ban Franklin, ban his other consistently named alts then KoS all of them and if they deny being that person then get them for impersonation.
Of course he'd keep coming back but attached that point he'd have to keep making new personas each time and wouldn't be able to have the same level of notoriety he craves because if he starts mocking Hoth's distinct posting style, then they'd get KoS for clearly being Hoth.
Hothlin:
A. Has over 10k alts
B. Has doxxed and harassed multiple people
C. Has now supposedly threatened legal action against the site

This. There were even moments of Hoth doing his """accidental""" slip ups of exposing himself then deleting the post and saying it was a fake quote or photoshopped screenshot. Then a bunch of those switch troll accounts suddenly started appearing here and posting exactly like Hoth, and parroting the typical Hoth/fam shitposting.
In reality it might not have even been 10k total accounts, for all we know that's just how many he's made for the Switch board. Plus in that time I wouldn't be surprised if we were well above that number now too.

The issue with the last part is they all use VPN's by their own admission, and there's other ways of preventing your usermap from being linked.

Well that's just it, he never posts here, he lurks. If the account is off usermap, which can be done very easily, you can't KoS if there's no sighting of him.
But Franklin will clearly come back as someone who posts and either A. He'd be exposing himself as being Franklin or B. He would be impersonating Franklin.
Which either way he'd be fucked if they did institute KoS on him.
I mean SBAllen has confirmed he's made over 10k alts. If there's anyone to bring back KoS for it's Hothlin. Ban Hoth, ban Franklin, ban his other consistently named alts then KoS all of them and if they deny being that person then get them for impersonation.
Of course he'd keep coming back but attached that point he'd have to keep making new personas each time and wouldn't be able to have the same level of notoriety he craves because if he starts mocking Hoth's distinct posting style, then they'd get KoS for clearly being Hoth.
