    3. Should Rose McGowan have to pay that money back now?

    Legally, not what is "right"

McGowan was one of the women accosted by Harvey Weinstein, and was paid a $100,000 settlement in 1997 to keep quiet about it. And now she's taken to social media to talk about it.

Of course she SHOULD be talking about it and shedding light on this piece of s***, but she should have done that back in 1997 instead of taking the money to not talk about it. Did she breach her contract/court. . whatever and have to pay the money back or go to jail? If you sign a non-disclosure agreement for money, then you simply can't legally talk about it, right?

Maybe there is a time limit on how long she has to keep quiet about it and it just expired.

I think she can't name him. Which technically I don't think she has?

But I don't think anything will happen unless Weinstein and his lawyers do something about it.

If she breached a legal contract, sure.

He would be a fool to go after her, but unless there are limits I don't see how she is in the legal right .Note I said legal right not the moral one.

Yep, that's what I was looking for. The legally of it

I only really ask because of some WWE drama going on and saw this was the same sort of deal. What WWE thing? Neville wants out of his contract because the WWE f***ed him over, but the only way the WWE is going to give him his release before his contract is up is if the signs a non-disclosure contract, but everyone wants to hear his thoughts on how and why the WWE had f***ed him over, which we won't get if he signs.

I am thinking this, because I believe she has gone out of her way specifically to not name drop Weinstein

All this because Enzo beat him? If you aren't the realist guy in the room, you just aren't the realist guy in the room.

It's just kind of weird. If this happened in 1997, why would she work for him again in 2007 for Planet Terror?

We don't know yet, but the rumor was that he was going to lose to Enzo on Raw a couple days ago and walked out. But Neville did ask for his release, but he wasn't at Raw to walk out of it. That's the word right now. Nobody knows anything, and nobody will if he signs that contract.

Did you hear about them firing Jimmy Jacobs (he was a writer, but also a hell of a hand in TNA and ROH) because he took a f***ing picture with some of the Bullet Club members when they (BC) protest Raw a couple weeks back?

All of this plus them sending out cease and desist orders against Bull Club for things like -

I guess Weinstein can sue her, but I don't know the details of their agreement. It's difficult for me to feel sympathy for him, though. Weinstein could have indulged himself with an endless queue of willing prostitutes, but instead he had to be an a****** and assault women who just wanted to be in movies.
