I really don't get it. They pretend like everyone already has a high-end gaming PC they can easily upgrade with a graphics card to outperform a PS4 Pro/Xbox Scorpio and like a middling spec gaming PC is somehow a better proposition for people than a new high-end console. It is like they simply can't understand why people don't want to deal with a PC and just get a game console.
I feel like they must not have much of a life or something.

I completely understand why someone would go for a console, and I'm never going to try and make someone feel bad about their choice. The only thing that's grating is speaking to someone that genuinely believes consoles can rival PC, which is just flat out ignorance.

How can they not? Both play video games, if your goal is gaming that alone makes a console comparable. If you do work with your PC, like most people do with their PC's, you shouldn't need to worry about gaming performance.

PC Gamers are not better than everyone/anyone. PC Gaming is better than console gaming. Please don't confuse the two. Console gamers have nothing to do with it. Most PC gamers own a console for casual gaming.

PC has the best support for legacy games (backwards compatibility) PCs are modular, if a part breaks, you can replace the part, instead of the whole console. PC gaming is better, to me it just comes down to what the individual likes more. There should be no argument if console and PC is familiar to the individual and one likes one more then the other. If people want to like their xbox more then PC like me, then there should be no hostility. Some people just dont like PC gaming. People need to chill. If you want to just go by facts PC of course is better, but facts dont mean anything since it is all personal preference.
