The woman had booked a compartment and ended up with three Arab men, who woke up when she stepped in. She wanted to show sympathy to the men because they were asylum seekers and bought sandwiches for them.
They were drinking vodka and singing, but after a while the 28-year-old began to paw the woman, who twice had to tell him to stop. After a while the woman went to bed but woke up some time later as the Arab was about to rape her.
The woman tore herself away, ran from the cabin and asked a train attendant for help.
"The attendant asked if he should call the police. At first she did not want him to, because she did not want to put NN, who are seeking asylum in a difficult situation. She felt sorry for him [...] and was afraid that he be deported to Iraq, "reads the judgment.
But in the end she let herself be persuaded, and the 28-year-old was arrested by the police when the train stopped in Hudiksvall. Today, he was sentenced by the Sundsvall District Court to one year in prison. He must also pay 85,000 kronor in damages to the woman.

Mansplaining. Be Glad You Finished College.
We were in a group discussing sketches we wrote. The thing is, I explain my methods to everyone in great detail. This isn't because I think they don't understand it, it's because I want people to tell me if I'm wrong at any point. Showing your work, so to speak. Some girl was stood up, and said "you don't have to mansplain it to me" One of my classmates (also a man) was just like "That's how NK talks." However this girl who was coming to our class to make up another class wouldn't participate until I apologized and my teacher, being an outspoken feminist said.
"NigerianKnight, apologize, so we can get on with class."
to which I responded
"No. If she thinks I was being condescending, then she can say so, but I'm not going to apologize for talking down to her for being a woman when I did no such thing."
my teacher then responded
"It doesn't matter, she feels offended, and you have to take responsibility for the offence you caused".
At this point I started to get warm faced. You know, that feeling when you are sure you're right, but you feel like a lot of people think you are wrong. It's a new class, so I only knew a few people from other classes, and you could kind of hear people saying "just apologize". But if there's one thing I don't like doing, it's apologizing publicly for something I didn't do. So then I went into full a****** mode and said
"Nah. I don't give a s*** if this baby gets offended or not"
Then my teacher wouldn't let me participate either. I said "fine, you're a s*** teacher anyway and walked out of the classroom." I then went to the training center and swapped classes to a different teacher.
