I will say it's still quite funny to see SBAllen towing the same line Certain mods and others have said of "It's a slipperly slope and he got worse over time" when he routinely said far far far worse things that would have got any other user banned when he was a lead mod.

The political demographics of both parties have changed for certain, but he didn't comment on that matter in any shape or form.
As someone pointed out in his topic, the party's nickname - which he posted in response to a comment about - originated in 1875, decades prior to the realignment.
