We Want An Immediate End To Police Brutality And the Murder Of Black, Brown & All Oppressed People
Every 28 hours a black person in the United States is killed by someone employed or protected by the government of the United States. Other communities are also criminalized, targeted, attacked and brutalized. We want an immediate end to state sanctioned violence against our communities.
We Want Full Employment For Our People
Every individual has the human right to employment and a living wage. Inability to access employment and fair pay continues to marginalize our communities, ready us for imprisonment, and deny us of our right to a life with dignity.
We Want Decent Housing Fit For The Shelter Of Human Beings
Our communities have a human right to access quality housing that protects our families and allows for our children to be free from harm.
We Want an End to the School to Prison Pipeline & Quality Education for All
We want an end to policies that criminalize our young people as well as discriminatory discipline practices that bar access to quality education. Furthermore, we want all children to be able to access free, quality education. Including free or affordable public university.
We Want Freedom from Mass Incarceration and an End to the Prison Industrial Complex
We want an end to the over policing and surveillance of our communities. This will hasten an end to the criminalization of black and brown people and hyper incarceration everywhere. Policing in the United States has historically helped to enforce racist laws, policies and norms. The result is a massive prison industrial complex built on the warehousing of black people. We call for the cessation of mass incarceration and the eradication of the prison industrial complex all together. In its place we will address harm and conflict in our communities through community based, rest

Black Lives Matter
A first hand account of a white being flash mobbed by BLM protesters
I went to a shopping mall with some relatives. We were in floor 1. My mom stayed there while me and dad went to floor 2. While we're on the escalators we begin hearing screams. Loud screams, from many people. Quite violent too. I had no idea what they were. We get to the 2nd floor, I see a bunch of people holding signs, walking fast across the 2nd floor screaming "BLM, WHAT?" "BLM, WHAT?!" With every "what" a bunch of people, especially the guy in the front would get REAL close to some random bystander and scream "WHAT?!?" on that person's face (obviously the people subjected to this would cower in fear or twitch).
Everybody was scared. Even the employees, who would cower and hide under their counters. Somehow the guy in the front locked eyes with me and began walking straight my way.
I told my dad "get on the escalator!! GO UP! GO UP!"
I put my dad in the escalator, and once I made sure he was almost in the 3rd floor, I turned around and these guys were sort of around me, doing the screaming. Then they saw more people in the 1st floor and lost interest on me.... good riddance huh?
NO, MY MOM IS IN THE 1ST FLOOR!
So I had to go to the 1st floor and look for her. Amidst the chaos, hiding employees, kids crying and screams I am running around trying to find my mom. Then the guy in the front sees me again, he walks in my direction again and the "BLM, WHAT?!" thing happens, so he screamed the "what?!" on my face. Honestly I was too worried about my mom to even care, I kept scanning the floor with my eyes trying to find her. Since I didn't cower in fear, this guy screamed "WHAT?!" again in my face and gave me what I call "the WWE stare", a few inches from my face (like this: http://fiveouncesofpain.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/liddell_silva_weigh_in.jpg). Then the others surrounded me, waving their signs, screaming "BLM!", moving in a twitchy way, and I knew if I made any sudden moves they'd hit me.
Then the mall cops arrived and they lost interest again. I found mom and I took her to the 3rd floor too.
