What Is The Objective of BLM?

BLM is stealing property from Americans. The Federal Government has no authority on these lands. Know our rights and don't get caught up in treasonous, tyrannical, unconstitutional legislation arguments because those laws are null and void. The Constitution was written very clear. The People and the States have the authority to tell the Federal Government NO and return the federally managed lands to us.

Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution
"To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings;"

We can Restore our Republic. Unconstitutional overreach and infringement of our rights are null and void. The Federal Government has only 18 powers and spending priveleges as listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution and everything exceeding that scope is Unconstituional and Treasonous. It's time to Nullify Treasonous laws using the 10th Amendment, Nullify at the jury level, press charges and sue the federal government. Also it's time ratify an Amendment to cancel out the 16th Amendment income tax which was never ratified plus should be void by that reason by itself, and even consider secession as a last resort. We can excercise civil disobedience. We can vote with our time, actions and money, karma etc. We have hope.

The Constitution specifically authorizes the government to own land for only a few purposes specific to national defense. They are clearly defined in the constitution. Please read article 8.

No where is the federal government allowed to own land because it has minerals or farming potential or any commercial purpose. In actuality there is no standing for National Parks, they should all be owned by the states and at best leased to the federal government.

This is reinforced by the tenth amendment that says power not specifically given to the federal government is reserved in all cases to the states. The fact that Federal land ownership is clearly described by the constitution delineates and reinforces these limits. It was not an oversight by the framers.

Even if the state of Arizona wanted to give 80% of their land to the federal government, the Feds can't legally accept it. The BLM's original charter was to see to the sale or land grants or otherwise dispose of land the government is forbidden to own, but the greedy Federal SOB's wanted to control it even if it was illegal to do so.

The many recent rewrites of the BLM charter and regulations they operate under, are simply color of law, unconstitutional theft by deception crimes by the Federal government. Anyone who reads the constitution can come to no other interpretation unless they are at war with the US Constitution.

Yeah Feds grabbing 90% of the US land west of the Mississippi is an obvious color of law overreach. Sad to see chumps like you support treason. Since the federal government has taken up arms and is actively murdering ranchers, it makes this treason an act during war. The legal punishment is quite clear. I'd be happy to serve on a jury of your pears judging you.

The Black community in the U.S. has failed to achieve its legitimate objectives to end the discrimination they suffer because of its ignorant sectarianism and self-exclusion from the other minority groups.

Other minority groups have been more proficient at generating support for agenda across the broader citizenry by advocating for rights for wide-ranging groups or marketing their demands in a fashion conductive to empathy from most people. Homosexuals didn’t fight for “same-sex marriage”, they fought for “marriage equality”. Hispanics don’t fight for “Latino immigration reform” but for “immigration reform”.

Obama is the biggest offender of this. Black people are ALWAYS the victim. Obama’s plan for a divided America is certainly playing out. He certainly got the race war he wanted.

Obama and his liberal cronies hate the Constitution and free market capitalism. He destroyed our economy with measures like the ACA and immigration amnesty. The “Affordable” Care Act has been nothing short of a disaster. My health insurance bill is up to $450/month. (Compare this to my $25/month auto insurance from Insurance Panda or my $10/month renters insurance… both private enterprise!) Blacks are blaming whites for everything.

The Black Lives Matter movement is an example of the ineptitude of the Black community and its incompetent and imbecilic leaders. Police brutality affects everyone, irrespective of race. Yet Blacks try to make it a “black-only” issue instead of understanding that they would be so much more efficient in their fight if they didn’t make it a race issue – even though they think it is a race issue (which it is probably not but that’s a different question).
