You don't go into a korean grinder and then shocked by the grind just like you don't expectto go into the ocean and get shocked you got wet.

The letdowns are western devs because they aren't korean grinders and when a game like WoW goes down the toilet you know very well it's a combination of entitlement and the developer themselves.

Western games start great then they get loaded down with white knights that crush constructive criticism leading the game to make one horrible decision after the other until the game dies. The western MMO is a greater letdown overall than the Korean MMO. Because of the expectations we've set for the two types of MMO's just think about it and look at all the MMO's and how they've declined in the past and you'll see white knights sucking at ever action the devs take have destroyed many a great game.

Yeah and that's why there is a major clash in interest and popularity when those games are brought over to the West. Besides not all Koreans like those things either, I remember a lot of complaining about the RNG/grind for epics in Dungeon Fighter Online from KR community when I last played it about last year. And DFO is big in Korea and China. But yeah Eastern made game tailors to Eastern gamer culture, mainly those who just hang out in internet cafes for most of their lives.

That being said, my experience with Korean games has been bad on every occasion I can remember. Things are very frequently all up to chance, things are overpriced for real money, things that should not be sold for real money are sold for real money. You will eventually hit a brick wall in progress that makes old school hardcore raiding look like an extremely casual activity.

Searching here, doesn't look like many people even know this game exists. Guess I'm sticking to the first line of the title for my question.

I fear that some users here and forgot what it was GAMES FOR WINDOWS, now wait a sec and and think that that's the only way they have to purchase and install games in the inmediate furture,

well that's exactly what Microsoft want from now on,I think we should at least have the freedom to choose, microsoft wishes a closed operating system and closed store, i chose steam because the good services and cheap prices(yeah I admit it)but we ned to look the xbox 360 ecosystem and the (now retracted)plans for the new xbox and think how competitive is(in prices and policies) ,I do not need that in the pc a platform know for the freedom in choices and freedoms,or anyone has tried to put a skin mod in console gears of wars?

or imagine that, you buy a nvidia titan but Microsoft put condition in the market for publishers that games must be paired with xbox one and your game a port and capped in performance for gtx 260(is an example)
