-It is easier to become a police officer than to obtain a VISA or a CONCEALED WEAPON PERMIT/GUN.

-A police officer with just a high school education is MORE DANGEROUS than what the most extreme racist could ever depict an illegal immigrant as, or the most extreme liberal could ever depict a lunatic with an assault rifle as. This is because a police officer IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. They are not BLAMED for their actions. They are given EXCUSES such as they were RACIST, the victim was HOLDING A GUN, etc!

-An nation filled with unqualified police officers that are expected to PROTECT and SERVE us is MORE DANGEROUS than religious extremism, the mentally insane with weapons, and inner-city gangs. Why? Because the police are backed by the GOVERNMENT, and the GOVERNMENT dictates our FUTURE, not any of the boogeymen you are afraid of!

-FACT: For the future of this country, a nation of lunatics behind badges are more DANGEROUS to society than ISIS, racism, and global warming combined. Why?

Do not let history repeat itself. Do not focus on irrelevant issues such as racism, gun laws, immigration, or class warfare. These do not pertain to the police. The root of the police epidemic in this country boils down to this:

-Police should need a bachelor's degree in criminal justice MINIMUM in order to apply for the academy

-Guns should not be handed out to police of beginning rank. In order to obtain a gun, they must pass numerous qualified tests in order to be deemed capable.

-Police officers should be given more background checks than the average gun buyer or the average immigrant trying to enter this country. Why do we blame mental illness on a mass shooter but never even think to point the finger at the police's mental health? Stronger background checks and psychiatric evaluations could have saved many lives from being taken by police officers, whether they were incompetent, dumb, racist, psychotic, or anything else deemed otherwise a RED FLAG by common folk for anything else that could create a DANGER in this country.

-Furthermore, police officers should be held accountable not equal to citizens, but MORE SO. The military has a strong penal system where your average citizen rights are taken away in order to balance the potential harm a soldier can unleash upon society. In 2016, the modern police are indeed a MILITIA. They should be treated as such.

All that said, choosing to ignore this will only lead to more deaths by the hands of corrupt, incompetent, psychotic lunatics hiding behind blue blood. This could have been solved ages ago, but we as a society continue to focus on issues that do not directly influence the epidemic we are currently in. Dare I say, WE KILLED Alton Sterling. WE KILLED Philando Castile. We are just as guilty. And we will continue to be just as guilty unless we SPEAK UP and JOIN TOGETHER in PEACE to influence radical change in our law enforcement system. Right wingers and left wingers, whites and blacks, rich folk and poor folk - we are all victims here. Do not play fan favorites. All of our hot button issues are irrelevant. We have a common enemy, and we choose to fight among ourselves than to address it as our enemy continues to leave us in bloodshed.
