Patrick Feaster, The Authority to Kill.

If a man is climbing out of the wreckage of a vehicle, gun him down.

3 rounds to the center of mass. Kill him dead.

You are a police officer. It is your right to murder in cold blood.

The DEA will have your back. There will be no charges, just commendations.

The mark of a police officer who practices BDSM on his unwilling wife.

If you do not kill,  you will not have a job to return too.

You must also rape.

Be Patrick Feaster and Rape the public.

The public trust, the public treasury.

And when your whole family is dead?

There is nobody to blame but you.

Dont you dare say, "kill all cops"....no, its kill YOU.

Unreal… This cop doesn’t look the least bit phased that he just shot this guy… They want you to believe it was accidental???

Terrorists with badges are the true threat to America and judges prosecutors and elected officials will almost always defend them when they murder your son or daughter.

Aimed and "accidentally" pulled the trigger. Only a police officer can get off with that excuse. For anyone else, it would be murder one.

If a gun "accidentally" is firing bullets without the trigger being pulled, you should remove the ammo magazine and clear the chamber. If his gun was "malfunctioning" why would be put it back into his holster with ammo in magazine/chamber when he believes it is firing "without" the trigger being pulled.

WTH is going on?! Since when is "oh it was an accident" an avoid jail time excuse? No charges?! Human life not worth anything anymore? If this cop tries to pull someone over and they don't comply they better not be arrested. The man obviously can't be trusted with a gun and they should justifiably flee in fear for their life

Seems this cop had a catching disease sweeping the country - Accidentally murdering an unarmed civilian. Of course, I forgot the standard cop out, "I feared for my life." Back to the old 70s song, "How long can this keep going on?"

I have one question. How can "District Attorney Mike Ramsey quickly declared the shooting an "accidental discharge,"" and say "it was clear that Feaster was surprised by the gun firing"? From the police car camera POV Officer Feaster shows no hesitation in drawing his weapon, aiming, and firing... almost all in one fluid motion. And after firing there's no hesitation or pause as you would expect if it were really an accident. Instead, Officer Feaster nonchalantly holsters his gun and walks up to the vehicle after he fired his shot. No look of surprise from this POV and no hesitation or pause t...See More

Okay, let's assume that it was truly an accidental discharge of a firearm (still a crime), he didn't report it for 11 minutes. He didn't report to dispatch that shots were fired and he spent the rest of the video tape trying to find the damn shell casing for what I believe to be an attempt to cover up his involvement. That is a crime scene and he failed to report it! If he doesn't get charged with a crime ever he certainly needs to be fired.

Why is he on administrative leave even if it was an accident? Isn't having a complete lack of firearms safety awareness an offense worthy of termination in a modern police department?

Wow, Cops truly are saints walking among us, they can literally do no wrong it seems. "We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong!"

They're so smart they didn't even have to investigate.

This prosecutor needs to be indicted for aiding and abetting this crime along with the officer~!

Not even going to fire him??? If he'd 'accidentally' shot another officer he'd be done but it was just one of us.

It's accidental if he does it 15 times. It's not when it's 16 times and there's camera footage.

They always resort to their claims of accidental shooting when video evidence proves no threat. This has been the trend across this country since dash cams have been put into use. .

We've all seen how the Big Blue Whitewash works. But this is taking it a little TOO far. You "accidentally" shoot someone, and the Powers That Be write it off as an "oopsie" - just because you wear a uniform and a badge...? His gun shouldn't have been in his hand in the FIRST place. This was a DUI accident, not a hostage situation or a fleeing armed felon. The cop's FIRST act should have been to ask the driver if he needed to call for an ambulance. And do that with his service weapon firmly strapped in his holster - not in his hand. I have done a little range shooting with my father's service sidearm, and there is NO WAY ON EARTH my finger could have pulled on the trigger hard enough to discharge the weapon BY ACCIDENT. And you sure as hell don't aim it at another human being BY ACCIDENT...!!!!!
