Blah blah blah

Taylor Swift >>>>> Katy Perry

Besides, people who listen to this stuff know what they're getting into trying to see a concert.

Nobody said anything about Kanye "now you have to buy a new streaming service that I made if you want to hear my new music, even though you'll only use it once" west.

LOL wow this is kinda s***ty though. Buying tickets online is such a chore as is.
After fans pre-order the CD (from big box retailers like Target or from Swift’s store only—no indie record store support here), they’re informed that if they’d like a guarantee they’ll receive Reputation it on the day it’s released they’ll have to fork over an extra $48.03 to ensure timely shipping, which brings the cost of one CD purchase to $63.03. It bears repeating: $63.03. For a single CD.

...I wouldn't even listen to this CD, but I'm tempted to pirate it just on principle.

No. Kanye was trying to hype the crowd and wanted everyone on their feet before performing. He didn't know he was wheelchair bound. When it was pointed out he said "My bad" and went on business as usual.

If I could get a bag of her poo sent to me, I would, but I mean her album.

This is the kind of thing you have to do when you sell out stadiums. If some s***ty little indy band was doing this then it'd be an obvious blatant cash grab but this helps keep a******s from buying up 100 tix and scalping them when demand is through the roof. And that's what's happening, demand is through the roof. She's the most famous artist in the world. She can sell her tix for whatever she wants and people will buy them.

Kanye fans wouldn't be mad even if he tossed poop at them. They would welcome it, which is why they like his songs.

My whole problem with what they're doing is Ticket Master flat out admits in the promo video for this that bots/scalpers are a huge problem, but instead of working on the site's infrastructure to better detect fraudulent purchases, they make the actual fans jump through these bulls*** hoops.

And at that most bots can do the same s*** too to get priority status.

It's just straight up greed

They won't do anything about it because there are businesses that operate by getting a batch order of tickets from a party and then using bots during presale and after to ensure that those tickets are obtained.

I'm guessing it would be too hard for Ticketmaster to differentiate between the "legit" bots of the businesses they're in agreement with and the rogue ones relative to just ripping off fans. Taylor Ssssswift is for it because she knows her sheeple fans will love her no matter how much she pisses in their mouths smh.
