It feels like Microsoft had to release it before the PS4 pro or else why would anybody buy it? I severely question Microsofts judgement on this one. Are they completely out of touch?
And the name is completely redundant. "What's the new Xbox called !?" The Xbox .... uhhh X :/ Am I alone on this?

I have not owned an Xbox One.
I own a 4K +HDR TV I'm in the process of getting a Dobly Atmos/DTS:X stereo Microsoft offering a console to enhance current and future games plus take advantage of my 4K/Dolby Atmos is guaranteeing them a hardware sale plus several software purchases from myself and i bet there are plenty that are in the same area of thought as myself.

The XBone launch was the worst. But this one isn't much better.
They hype it like's is the second coming of Jesus. I read here fans actually think they will get 6K games. The realization they got another 1080p@30fps console for $500 no less will lead to anger. |

It's definitely not the worst. Worst would be what they did at the E3 when the Xbox One was announced, thus turning many gamers against them. Although I think the Xbox One X will be a really great console, I do think it's price and timing will hurt it some. Plus I am just not a fan of mid gen consoles other than the usual slim models.
