Where are most people victims of radical Islam? in the middle east. So keep it there. There will be fringe activity in western countries, but it will die down. They go after countries as retaliation for helping those fleeing their terror, for bombing their countries, etc. If we do absolutely nothing, they have nothing to retaliate to. Radical islam will never die in the middle east the way things are now. 

Of all the Muslims in western countries, the vast vast majority are peaceful and just like any other citizen. In the Middle East, a much higher percentage of them are pricks causing the majority of the world's problems. So that is the problem area. Not the ones in western countries. Let the source do what it wants within the source and the problems it causes everywhere else will diminish because they have nothing to retaliate against. 

Again, if you see a group of bullies beating up a kid, but you know with 100% certainty that if you confront them they will retaliate against 3 other kids, the best thing to do is just let the bullies beat the 1 kid. Sucks for him, but you save more than you lose. 

You have no better solution because there is no better solution.
