Mauro Ranallo has missed the last 2 weeks of TV, due to severe depression from his Bipolar disorder. He was very outspoken about this before WWE signed him, so they must have known what they were getting.
WWE needs to not punish him in anyway. In fact, when ever he has an episode, WWE has a Wellness program, part of it is sending people to get help, usually for drug abuse, but I imagine they can help out with really good mental health professionals. Not only that, it would really look bad for WWE to fire him. Instead, since he is outspoken to try an de-stigmatize mental health issues, WWE should turn this into good PR. Stephanie and board of directors in WWE love their Philanthropy. Have Mauro Ranallo and others go out to speak with with people, like the Be a Star thing & others, but talk about how people don't need to hide their problems and should seek help if needed. It would make WWE look really good for standing up for people with various mental illnesses. I come from a family with several people have various mental health issues. I know personally, I'd really respect them for turning this into good thing. At the very least, just don't punish Mauro, nothing good comes out of that. Offer him help when he needs it. I'm sure he's bummed out that he had an episode right before WrestleMania. Also, people like Tazz, Josh Matthews, & JBL to an extent need to F off for bashing him before knowing the facts.
