its been out for less than 2 months
no way to tell how it'll do in the long run, but I don't think it's gonna be a smash hit like the Wii and IMO the roster isn't very promising so far

Even if they didn't flop on the console itself, they'll most likely end up flopping on actually getting games for it like they did with Wii and Wii U.

Not at all, it's initial high sales are from BoTW being chained to it and it looks like it's in high demand from it being sold out everywhere due to Nintendo deliberately understocking retailers to falsify a sense of high demand
Soon sales will dry up once 3rd party support dries up and people understand this is the Wii U 2.0 |

if they can keep 3rd party support they'll be okay. they seem to be more interested than they ever were for the u, so that's a good sign.

But don't be fooled; all the best games on it rn can be found on the Wii U or other consoles for years, the accessories are overpriced, and paid online is a goddamn joke in its current state. Playing Mario Kart 8 on mine rn

Dude. I have one since launch and still get notifications from nowinstock almost daily about restock online. They're coming out multiples times a week but are flying off shelves. They're selling like hotcakes. |
