So Obama says in an interview that he reads Shakespeare because I guess he thinks it makes him sound smart to read material that middle schoolers learn, and Trump talks like people do when they aren't reading off a teleprompter.

You guys will bash Trump over literally anything.

Trump gave an honest answer and people are criticizing him because his taste in books is a little unconventional. Not to mention the reporter kept interrupting him.

Hate to break it to you people; but Obama gave an answer just how any other intellectual Harvard guy talks. He is able to elaborate on why he enjoys those books the most. He doesn't just repeat 1-word adjectives "amazing book. amazing" while pointing to a nightstand.

I dunno if it's just because this is the new Normal - but generally if you're describing your favorite Album or artist or musician or athlete - you're able to say why and what it means to you and when it became your favorite not just point at a nightstand

I'd be pissed off as f*** if I ever tried to have a conversation with Trump. Dude doesn't speak in full sentences, just little stream-of-consciousness sentence snippets. It's annoying as hell and my brother speaks the same way. You really wouldn't want to speak to someone where you're pretty much required to ask follow up question after follow up question just to find out how their day was cause answering a seemingly simple question is literally impossible for that person.

Oh wait sorry, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic, deplorables. .those damn Russians!

Because that is the only thing that determines intelligence. Therefore Kim Kardashian is fit to be president and a Rhodes scholar since she turned a sex tape into a media giant and set her family up for life.

I wouldn't rule out a Kim K Presidency anymore lol.

I hope you understand the Kardashians didn't just become what they are by accident. That is her business and she's kept the brand strong for over a decade. Sure she had help but so did Trump. Her family already had money...but so did Trump. And she turned her family name into an empire...much like Yrunp did... Trump can run a business. He's also not very smart when it comes to being president or being a person. He says and does dumb s***. Ben Carson is a very smart neurosurgeon. He's also a dumbass sometimes. Being smart in one field doesn't mean you suddenly are smart everywhere.

Yep, turning a million dollar inheritance into billions requires no intelligence. Becoming the potus doesn't either. I guess he should have made a sex tape instead right?

Now you're just blatantly showing your bias. Obama has an ivy league education. Trump went beyond that and actually founded his own university. Sorry to rain on your Obama parade, but Trump wins.

By the way, here's your beloved "intellectual" of a president when his teleprompter is on the fritz:

Obama might sound dignified and eloquent when he's reading a speech that's right in front of him, but unlike Trump he can't shoot from the hip at all. That's a better measure of intelligence and Trump wins in that area.

Liberals will never accept the fact he was a teleprompter president.

Yeah. I will give Obama some credit because he is good at reading speeches. Even if you have the speech in front of you, it still takes skill to speak in a way that's going to captivate your audience and I think Obama is actually very good at that. But as you said, he's a teleprompter president and it's laughable to the think that he's smarter than Trump.
