Man assaults female Dominos staff for using wrong sauce. Blames abusive father.

Police prosecutor Senior Constable Kathleen Hewitt told the court Noll attended a Domino's pizza store in Wendouree on June 23 last year to pick up a pizza he had ordered online.

A short time later he returned to the shop holding the pizza box with two missing slices and told staff he could not eat the pizza as it had the wrong sauce. He began yelling at the female assistant and swore at her before he threw the box at her face striking her right eye and cheek.

This was captured on CCTV footage and Noll's details were recorded on his online order form. The assistant was left "upset and crying" and reported the incident to police.

Noll was located and arrested on June 25 and made a no comment interview.

Noll was also charged over two driving incidents on May 2 and October 12 over offences relating to expired registration and unlicensed driving. Noll's lawyer, Mike Wardell, acknowledged his client's prior history and said "he had over reacted to a situation at Domino's".

Mr Wardell said Noll's difficult childhood and abuse at the hands of his father led his client to leave school in year 7. He said the casual track worker had experienced a personality change after he was involved in a motorcycle accident and was a victim of a serious assault.

Mr Wardell made a submission for a CCO. Magistrate Gregory Robinson adjourned the case until June 22 requesting a CCO assessment, a pre-sentence report and a psychologist report.

I guess he took "Have it your way!" a little too seriously.
^ Hey now that's completely unfair.
